Shipping policy

Receive FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75 WITHIN CANADA, some exclusions may apply:

If your subtotal is $75 CAD or more, we’ll waive the standard shipping charge. In some cases we can not offer free shipping, if that is the case we will reach out to you to discuss shipping options.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Canada - For orders less than $75 CAD, we offer a Flat Rate standard shipping charge of $7.5 CAD within Canada

USA - We offer a Flat Rate standard shipping charge of $25 CAD within the USA for all orders

Rest of the World - For orders less than $75 CAD, we offer a Flat Rate standard shipping charge of $50 For orders over $75 CAD, the cost is $100 CAD

OVERSIZED SHIPPING RATE - Canada and USA only

Items classified as oversized will have the following note:

Please note: This is an oversized item, orders including oversized items are not eligible for free shipping. After you check out we will contact you to coordinate In-Store Pickup or provide a quote for shipping. 

The following rates charged at checkout and further adjusted once shipping is calculated:

Canada - $50 CAD will be charged at checkout and adjusted further once rates are calculated. If there is an additional charge we will contact you. If shipping is less, we will refund you.

USA - $100 CAD will be charged at checkout and adjusted further once rates are calculated. If there is an additional charge we will contact you. If shipping is less, we will refund you.

Please contact us to discuss shipping or pickup options on your oversized items.

We ship all orders using Canada Post, UPS or Purolator.

A tracking number will be emailed to you, once your order has shipped.

FULFILLMENT TIMES:

Items are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.

IN-STORE PICK-UP:  

For some of our larger and heavier items such as anchors, oars, nets, coolers we can coordinate in store pickup. Please contact us at [email protected] or 250.423.3254.

ALL CUSTOMERS – PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT: 

If an order is returned to us from Canada Post due to an incomplete, invalid or incorrect address, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Inputting the correct address, email and phone number is the responsibility of the customer.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES:

Customs and/or import duties may be charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this for further information.

TAXES:

If you're in Canada, you will be charged the appropriate tax for your province (HST or PST) plus GST. US & International orders are subject to Customs and duty fees as well as any state, county, or country taxes which apply to your residence.
